Active Motif, Inc. is a privately held biotechnology company focused on supplying innovative kits and reagents for epigenetics and nuclear function research. Active Motif’s services group performs specialized epigenetics-based experiments for leading academic groups and pharmaceutical companies and is seeking a Bioinformatician to join our team in Carlsbad California.
The Associate will work closely with a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist on the epigenetic services team to support ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, RNA-seq and DNA methylation analysis.

Job Description: Process raw Illumina sequence data and assign to projects for analysis. Run ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq pipelines, study the underlying code and learn how to customize the analysis. Organize and maintain completed project data on fileserver.
