Job Description:
Two positions (Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Associate) are available in the research areas of toxicogenomics, metabolomics and systems biology, with a focus on developing new-generation computational tools and approaches to understand complex gene-environment interactions from multiple -omics data sets generated in our large-scale research projects funded by Genome Canada.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a PhD or MSc degree in bioinformatics, computing science, data science, biostatistics, or analytical chemistry. At least one of the following criteria must be met:

1) Strong experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis;

2) Strong experience in MS-based metabolomics data analysis;

3) Strong experience in using R for statistics and machine learning;

4) Strong experience in web-based technologies and databases management;
