Job Description:
The Full Stack Web Developer position is responsible for development of software supporting ArcherDX’s commercial software products. This includes but is not limited to: Support and development of Archer Analysis commercial software, Support and development of Archer Assay Designer commercial software, and support and development of infrastructure to support commercial software products. This is a user interface-focused position. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Django (or a similar framework), Python, JavaScript, and be proficient with database technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advancing existing bioinformatics pipeline UIs, visualizations, and infrastructure.
  • Advancing Archer’s software interfaces to ensure that they remain at the forefront of the industry.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional UI development experience (preferably Django)
  • 3+ years of Python development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create data visualizations; Proficient with JavaScript;

Education:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
