This position will perform bioinformatics data analysis to understand epigenetic gene regulation and transcription dynamics in various biological processes and disease models such as cancer; will design, develop and test bioinformatics algorithms for RNA-seq analysis in the context of cancer and stem cells. Required: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields with a dissertation related to Computational Biology.
