Your roles: This individual will play key roles in our bioinformatics development to support our life science R&D, heath science and company business. Work independently and collaboratively with members of bioinformatics, R&D, and collaborators to develop bioinformatics methods and tools; Data analysis on high-dimensional data sets from a wide range of sources to provide solutions for projects in life science and health science, and company business. Who you are:
- Proficiency with at least one programming language such as python, perl, java or others.
- Strong background and hand-on experience in genomic sequence analysis, NGS analysis, and pathway/network.
- Have experience dealing with large-scale data set, strong background in statistics with programming experience in R. familiar with matching learning concepts and implementations.
- Bachelor degree in bioinformatics/computational biology, statistics, computer science or related area. A Ph.D's degree is preferred.
- Highly motivated, creative and self-assertive starter. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are required.
