Competitive applicants will have a PhD in bioinformatics, biostatistics, genomics, or similar field, with experience and publications in analysis of next-generation sequencing data including mutational analysis. They will be proficient in relevant programming languages such as Python, Perl, Linux, R/Bioconductor and C++. Familiarity with deep sequencing analysis tools such as Strelka, Mutect, Varscan, BreakDancer, TopHat, STAR, CuffLinks etc is a requirement.
