The successful candidate will develop and apply strategies for the integrative analysis of pan-cancer and tumor type-specific genome data (e.g. from whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing, RNA sequencing), enabling the identification and prioritization of biologically relevant cancer mutations, which will be further characterized functionally. These analyses will give us insights into the function of unknown genetic variants, and will highlight new drug targets and repurposing opportunities. [More]
