Job Description:
Multiple fully-supported bioinformatics postdoctoral fellowships are available at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for highly motivated and creative candidates. Projects include:

1) Genetic and epigenetic modeling in leukemogenesis. Profiling of large patient cohorts. Translation of genomic discoveries into new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

2) Mathematical modeling of molecular disease mechanisms. Development of systems biology approaches to disease pathogenesis, therapeutic intervention, and biomarker discovery for precision medicine.

3) Cancer genomics, clonal evolution, visualization, mathematics, software engineering, and product development. Data integration from patient samples and experimental models: whole-genome sequencing, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, 3D genome, and single cell profiling.
