You will work with global teams on bioinformatics challenges. Main functions include heading up the Linux infrastructure of high performance computing clusters (HPC) and GPFS data storage to advance enterprise data analysis. Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience with Linux or Unix, data storage, IT systems admin and support
- Experience with:
- Cluster computing environments and AWS
- Development tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Crucible, TravisCI
- Scripting in Python and/or Perl
- Automation using Puppet, Ansible, Chef
- Virtualization and data storage devices
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
