Job Description:
BBG Management Corporation has an opportunity for a Senior Application Engineer in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will obtain a position with an up-and-coming company that is innovating the future of biomedical technology solutions. Responsibilities: -Ensuring the design and delivery of the companys main software/tool. -Working as part of a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and developers. -Participating in various biomedical research projects. Requirements: -At least 4 years of full-stack development experience. -Strong coding skills with Python, jQuery and other Javascript frameworks. -Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, RDBs, SQL, source control tools, build systems, and testing methods. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience with Hadoop, Amazon Web Services and geographic information system DBs is an asset. -Familiarity with biomedical machines, the Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit, and related image processing libraries is an asset. -Knowledge of bioinformatics is an asset. -Degree in CS or related field.
