Job Description:
As part of the Data Science Group that process massive amounts of sequencing data you will be tasked to design and analyze experiments to drive our sequencing technology and apply it to various applications. Our team has built a system, in-house, from the ground up that enables massively parallel single-molecule DNA sequencing with no need of complicated optics, amplification or labels. This nanopore-based platform allows for single molecule, electrical, real-time analysis on a true integrated circuit on standard semiconductor technology, which enables molecular diagnostics in everyday clinical care. Tasks:
