Job Description:
We are looking for someone to oversee the design of primers, sgRNA and siRNA sequences, coordinate and organize CRISPR/RNAi library designs, coordinate sequence designs for projects with internal and external scientists, manage our NGS data flow, demultiplex, assess quality, clean-up, perform basic analysis of sequencing data, and assemble results into cogent clear reports for customers and internal use.
