The Bioinformatics Analyst II will be responsible for conducting bioinformatic analyses and contributing to the bioinformatic and data sharing pipeline to be established across study sites. This individual will also contribute to the more broad research efforts of the pediatric cancer group by utilizing a combination of computational Biology or a related field required. Required: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Biological Sciences. Preferred: Master degree in Computer Science or Biological Sciences. Required: Two years experience in scientific programming with applications to biological research

- Must have experience with genomic data sets and cancer biology
- Requires a solid knowledge of sequence analysis and annotation approaches and concepts
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
