Performs computational biology and bioinformatics analysis.

Essential Functions:

• Apply computational analysis and biological interpretation to public genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets and in-house studies to support target validation and prioritization, clinical development, and data-driven decision making across therapeutic programs

• Apply computational tools to identify and study novel therapeutic targets and assist in elucidating the mechanisms of action of ongoing and new projects

• Apply comprehensive literature surveys and meta-analysis of published studies on biological targets and pathways to support target identification

• Present therapeutic antibody concepts, rationales, target validation plans, target product profiles, and project plans to research leadership teams

• Identify biomarkers to support molecular and genetic-based patient selection criteria in the early clinical development phase

• Participate in the planning and execution of collaborative projects with CROs and academic research groups

• Contribute major sections of internal and external reports and patent applications.
