- Design and implementation of Windows application software including numerical algorithms, communication links and interfaces
- Participating in software architecture and interface decisions as a team member
- Designing and implementing best coding practices, such as unit tests and source code reviews
- Documenting software requirements, architecture and design in compliance with relevant medical device standards
- Several years of work experience in modern .NET / C# development
- Knowledge of object oriented design and design patterns
- Familiarity with automated unit and integration testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) or equivalent in Computer Science, Medical technology or other applicable field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Skills in numerical and distributed programming
- Insight in bioinformatics and data analysis methods
- Experience with Git / Team Foundation Server (TFS)
