- Applies Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) knowledge to install and setup secure operating system and create step-by-step documentation for manufacturing to follow.
- Performs troubleshooting RHEL / VNC problems over the phone with customers with little computer knowledge.
- Collaborate with external researchers to validate the HLA typing software.
- Ph.D or Masters in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or a related field
- 5+ years relevant experience, in academia or in industry knowledge
- Up to 10% of travel to customer site to setup or upgrade the system
