We are looking for a Bioinformatics Intern to provide support to our Strain team in analysis of “omics” data for strain process and physiology. You Will:
- Proteomics and NGS data analysis.
- Database tree construction.
- Communicate findings effectively to research scientists.
- Working towards a degree (BS) in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with analyses of OMICS data – proteomics, RNA-seq, and/or metabolomics.
- Familiarity with hierarchical database design approaches.
- Programming ability in R, Python, Java or C/C++ is preferred.
