The Position We are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to design and implement a highly sophisticated Laboratory Information System for our pathology department. The Sr. Solutions Architect will be able to work in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. They will have an ability to deliver complex multi-component software solutions. The Solutions Architect will work closely with a project manager to design and budget. Subsequently they oversee implementation, rollout and adoption. Who You Are A BA or BS degree in the Life Sciences; advanced degree is desired. The ideal candidate will have greater than 10 years experience designing and implementing software solutions.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate many of the following:
• You are experienced working with validated and/or clinical systems
• You have the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders with competing needs; to resolve competing needs into clear requirements
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with customers and key stakeholders, good conflict resolution skills
