Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply novel computational algorithms to analyze large sclare multi-omnics data.
- Analyze large-omnics data in collaboration with biochemical scientist.
- Aid Principal Investigator with development of research proposal.
- Write and present research papers.
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate students with research.
- Ph.D
- No prior experience required.
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with public genomic databases such as dbGap or GDC.
- Programming skills (C++, JAVA, R, Python or equivalent).
- Knowledge of databases such as Pathways Commons.
