What You Will Be Doing

You will be working with various NGS data sets, as well as shaping and growing the computational biology needs of the company.

What You Need for this Position

Recent, extensive experience and knowledge of at least some of the following:- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or equivalent - Extensive experience with NGS technologies, sequence analysis tools, and public biological databases - Strong scripting skills in one or more of: Python, Perl, Ruby, Unix/Linux shell - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and bioinformatics algorithms Nice to have skills (pluses): - Strong skills in C++, object-oriented design and cloud-computing - Startup interest and/or experience
