Bioinformatics Scientist / Analyst

Onebridge offers industry-specific data analytics solutions to help close the hidden gaps on the way to analytics empowerment. Onebridge is actively seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist located in San Diego, CA.
Job Duties:

Develop a process to analyze high volume of studies for isoform-specific expression, including database development
Help analyze RNA-seq data at transcript isoform level.
Perform machine learning analysis for our data mining projects on protein structure.
Perform data mining tasks in broader aspects of biologics drug discovery and development.
NGS data acquisition from published databases, data cleaning and analysis
Analyze relationships between antibody sequences and structure and biophysiochemical properties.
