Requirements: Educational requirements: • Degree and/or PhD in Bioinformatics, or extensive experience with bioinformatic analyses. Qualifications and Experience: • Strong background in genomic analyses using HTS data and other data (ChIP-seq, RNA-Seq, epigenomics, microarrays, etc.). • Strong background in integration of large data sets and in network analyses. • Experience in developing and applying automatic data processing routines. • Good statistical background and knowledge of R statistical language. • Experience in proteomic analyses would be desirable. • Candidate must be fluent in English. People without experience in genomics and computer science/bioinformatics or lacking good English communication skills will not be considered. Required Skills: We seek a highly independent, motivated, ambitious, and collaborative person, with good organizational and communication skills, including writing skills and ability to work independently and to lead. We offer: Contract duration: Temporary 1 year, with a possibility to be permanent. Hours/week: 37,50 hours Annual Gross Salary: depends on the knowledge and the candidate's value.
