You have excellent technical skills that allow you to take on challenging product development projects. You have good customer service orientation, are ready to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team and have good affinities with systems and integrated company processes. Furthermore, you are ready to work independently; under pressure and to handle multiple projects in parallel. You are flexible to travel several times a year and to handle peak activity periods. You possess good organizational skills.
RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Products S.A. is seeking talented people to join our team in the Innovation Team in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
You will be part of the PMI Research & Development Department, whose primary mission is to research and develop new products with the potential to reduce the risks of smoking-related diseases.
You will develop and build “proof of concept” innovative devices that can be used in PMI Reduced Risk Products (RRPs).*
You will integrate new technologies into electronic devices prototypes.
You will convert technical theoretical concepts into working prototypes. You enjoy building from scratch non-existing electronic devices that meet agreed product requirements. You are curious and passionate about new technologies and you can integrate them into a physical product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build innovative electronic device prototypes meeting agreed requirements. Assess the potential in the lab of new electronic technologies. Find innovative solutions to improve and optimize product performance. Share project progress and outcome through technical reports and presentations.
