Postdoc in BioinformaticsUniversity of MichiganDepartment of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics48103-MI-Ann Arbor A postdoc position is available in the bioinformtics group in the Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.The successful candidates will work on exciting projects developing novel prediction methods for clinical outcomes in collaboration with several medical experimental labs in the Department of Internal Medicine and the Department of Human Genetics at UofM. The ideal candidates would have a computational background with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics or Bioinformatics. Substantial experience in programming is required. Previous experience in data mining or machine learning is a plus.
