Postdoc in ProteogenomicsU C San Diego92093-CA-La Jolla Applicants are invited for a postdoctoral position aimed at identifying cancer gene variations using mass spectrometry and genomic data, with a longer term goal of identifying novel targets. Candidates should have a strong computational background, with experience in combinatorial algorithms, machine learning and statistics, and some experience with next generation sequencing data. Experience with mass spectrometry data is a bonus. Our lab works on computational biology problems in collaboration with many experimental researchers.
