PhD Student in Bioinformatics & Systems Medicine
Project: You will be responsible to analyse the diseasome common mechanism network using big data - often in collaboration and with different expert supervisors - to support and trigger biomedical target discovery and validation projects. With your bioinformatics work you will support biomarker research including array and multiplex technologies and develop pathway analysis (wiki etc.) in a current disease cluster but also beyond. Your workstyle is flexible between independent and team player, as needed.
