Job Description:
The Programmer IV will work under the direction of the Principle Investigator to provide technical support and expertise for Department research projects relating to development and use of community-level activity monitoring devices and mobility-related technologies for clinical care and clinical research projects. REQUIRED: --BA/BS Degree and experience in relevant scientific field/discipline. --Experience in data management in the Neuromuscular disease field or similar environment. --System design and development experience. --Experience working with Neuromuscular disease processes or related field. --Experience working with data streams, user interfaces, hardware interfaces, and other system technologies. --Demonstrated Health Informatics System programming skills. PREFERRED: --Master's Degree in Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, or related discipline. --Experience in use of RedCap and EPIC clinic-based systems. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT : --THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
