Job Description:
We are seeking outstanding applicants for Postdoctoral positions in the Department of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center to develop computational methods and perform statistical analyses to interpret large-scale high-dimensional single-cell flow/mass cytometry data towards understanding the etiology and evolution of cancer. Qualifications: We are recruiting creative and enthusiastic recent PhD graduates, who are computational scientists with experience in automating biological analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Matlab, C and Python and experience in high performance computation, machine learning and high dimensional data analysis are required, as well as at least 2 first author publications in peer reviewed journals.
