Job Description:
The position will provide molecular biology and bioinformatics support to therapeutic antibody discovery projects. Responsibilities will include the design and generation of antibody expression constructs, DNA/protein sequence analysis of multiple hybridoma mAb hits and phage displayed antibody hits as well as participating in the optimization of antibody candidates. The candidate selected for this position is expected to assist and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Position Requirements:

MS or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics or related field with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in molecular biology techniques such as vector construction, PCR, and various bioinformatics tools is crucial. Good written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

-Work productively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

-Knowledge of data management and computer programming is a plus.

-Experience with BiaCore and Fortebio Octet for the kinetic analysis of antibody binding to antigen is a plus.

-General knowledge and understanding of therapeutic antibody discovery and development.
