Job Description:
The bioinformatics team at Predicine is currently seeking candidates who are working towards obtaining a Ph.D degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and Cancer Genomics for an internship during the summer of 2017. You may participate in 1-2 core responsibilities as listed below: -Contribute to in-house bioinformatics initiatives, including development of novel assays, bioinformatics and analytical algorithms. -Implement data mining and statistical models to existing data and develop predictive signatures, prognostic tools, bring up and validate hypothesis. -Integrate public resources to improve clinical interpretations of internal NGS data -Develop user-friendly front-end tools to communicate with backend database system for easier access to structural data Who you are In adding new members to our team, we look for people who are also inspired by our mission and who would fit in well with the collaborative, rigorous and entrepreneurial spirit of the company culture.
