Job Description:
The Department of Biological Sciences at Marquette University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. The applicant's research should investigate connections between molecular or physiological function and genetic variation in the study of complex traits, utilizing both experimental and computational approaches. The successful candidate is expected to develop an innovative, externally-funded research program. The position includes both teaching and research training at the undergraduate level and in our doctoral graduate program. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and post-doctoral experience. The Department is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute through their research, teaching, and/or service, to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
