Job Description:
The individual will provide up-to-date bioinformatics expertise for analyzing cancer genomic and epigenomic data. The analyses include but are not limited to: gene expression analysis for transcriptome profiling and/or gene regulatory network building, microRNA target analysis, genome or transcriptome assembly from next generation sequencing data, and its visualization, SNP functionality analysis. Will collaborate with Cancer Center investigators on experimental design and subsequent high-throughput genomic data analysis.

A doctoral degree is required, with data analysis expertise in high dimensional data analysis for next generation sequencing, and relevant experience (clinical, laboratory or epidemiological studies). Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
