Job Description:
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate scientific leadership in sequence analysis, microarray analysis and experience with analysis of large genomic data sets including integration with data available from public sources. Hands on experience and involvement so competency is maintained in processing and analyzing genomic, expression and other array data. Hands on experience and competency is maintained with commercial and open source bioinformatics and genomics analysis software. Must maintain excellent scientific communication, teamwork and customer relationship skills. Collaborate with and take direction from the medical director of the area. Masters Degree 3 plus years of experience PhD or MD in bioinformatics, biostatics or a related field preferred. Experience as a collaborating statistician on a variety of study designs.
