Short summary: A post for a bioinformatician in the laboratory of Mariia Yuneva is available. We are looking for a proactive, imaginative, productive and collegial individual to carry out the research on the role of metabolism in cancer using in vivo models. The project is a part of CRUK Grant Challenge Award funded program and aims to use metabolic modelling and multi-omics dataset analysis to evaluate the relationship between metabolism, genetic lesions and cellular composition in mouse models, patient cancer samples and ex vivo models derived from them. Description The successful applicant will use metabolic modelling and flux analysis, will design experiments in collaboration with wet-lab scientists and integrate experimental data including transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and mass spectrometry imaging.
