To enlarge our technological knowledge and expertise, we are searching for aBioinformatics Developer (m/f) to become a member of our Development Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development Of Novel NGS Data analysis tools for personalized medicineIndependent work on our existing code base for world class tumor immunotherapiesContinuous development and implementation of improvements and innovations for our software productsCooperation with a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and scientists to plan, design and run experiments and to demonstrate the validity and performance of the softwareSupport of the use of the software In Clinical Studies

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

PhD With Extensive Experience in bioinformatics, computer science or related fieldDemonstrable proficiency in analyzing large cancer ‘omic datasets, including NGSExcellent knowledge of existing NGS data analysis tools, both in academic and industry areaProfound programming experience in Python, preferably also in a couple of other programming languagesExcellent data visualization and communication skillsDeep understanding of cancer biology and immunology is a plusSelf-starter who works effectively in an agile start-up environmentEnthusiastic team playerExperience in development of software for use in GxP regulated areas is an advantageWe are looking forward in receiving your application.
