Job Description:
The Bioinformatician will develop and implement analysis pipelines for qPCR, microarray and next-­‐generation sequencing data
including RNAseq, DNA variant and DNA copy number variation analysis. Supporting our research and pharma services teams
this individual will be responsible for establishing informatics pipelines, analysis methods, standardizing offerings, presenting
data to customers and performing cohort level data analysis for biomarker discovery and validation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
NGS bioinformatics analysis (Variant Analysis/Interpretation, CNV, RNASeq-­‐DE) Develop, implement and maintain analysis pipelines written in PERL, R, PHP, SQL (experience with Knime a plus) Cohort level analysis of oncology clinical data for genomic biomarker discovery and validation Solid understanding of genomic analysis platforms including NGS, microarray and qPCR. Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with GLP and CLIA regulations Must understand and demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-­‐oriented, harassment-­‐free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual and all Human Resources

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in a related life science field 2-­‐5 years of relevant experience in a service based genomics laboratory At least 2 years of experience in oncology based analysis Experience with PERL, R, PHP, SQL REQUIRED SKILLS:
