Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bioinformatician to work as a part of our growing research team. The candidate should be experienced in the handling and analysis of large data sets generated by both data mining and NGS including RNA-Seq based transcriptomics, ChIP-Seq, and bisulfite sequencing. Preferred qualifications: - MSc - Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology - 1 year of relevant work experience in data analysis or related field. (e.g., as a statistician / data scientist / computational biologist / bioinformatician). - Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, MATLAB) and database languages (e.g., SQL). - Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to learn and apply new techniques - Demonstrated experience articulating business questions and using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
