Bioinformatics and Software Engineers – Personal Genome Diagnostics, Inc. – Baltimore, MD

Job Description:
PGDx is seeking software and bioinformatics engineers at all levels that are eager to apply their talents to improving cancer patient care. Primary responsibilities include development of commercial software, databases, and pipelines supporting PGDx’s cancer diagnostic tests. Additional roles include data management of sequence data, testing and process optimization, and systems administration.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field Proficiency in one or more programming languages, particularly Perl, Python, or C/C++ Proficiency in Linux, scripting, and command line tools.
