The Bioinformatics Intern will support the ArcherDX bioinformatics team in the development of next-generation sequencing analysis tools. This is a full time internship expected to last up to 12 weeks. The pay for this position is $15/hr. Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in genomics and bioinformatics
- Proficient in scripting languages (perl/python)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with scientists, software engineers and collaborators
- Coursework in bioinformatics, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Drive and determination
- Ability to participate with others as a member of the team
- Self starter
- Driven to perform
- Desire to learn
