  • Investigate novel therapeutics to address significant unmet medical needs in infectious disease, as well as broader indications.
  • Sit at the critical interface between genomic discovery and functional biology and work with a team of biologists to perform analyses of genetic and genomic data, with emphasis on integration of mammalian omics data (e.g. genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and proteomics) with microbiome related metaomics data (e.g. metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, metaproteomics, and microbial metabolomics).
  • Must have a proven track record across a wide range computational biological methods, e.g. mathematical modelling, systems biology, and data integration.
  • Given the multi-disciplinary nature of the position, very strong collaboration and communication skills
