Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

As our Bioinformatics Scientist, you will responsible for developing algorithms for analyzing high throughput sequencing data.

Your specific areas of accountability in this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop quality metrics and evaluate bioinformatics algorithms and models based on large datasets.
  • Implement data analysis components in OOP languages.
  • Improve existing analysis pipeline and update databases for linkage disequilibrium and reference sequences.
  • Collaborate with internal/external researchers to validate the HLA typing software.
  • Present results from validation and collaboration studies at conferences and trade shows.
Degree: Bachelor or Master in
  • Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics or other related field
  • 2+ years’ experience working in Bioinformatics capacity in related industry
