Job Description:
We are currently seeking Bioinformatics Scientist to expand and enhance our existing system, the scope of this role will include developing, automating and implementing DNA sequencing analysis in collaboration with our clinical analytics team. What You Will Be Doing: -Develop, enhance and automate analysis of high quality DNA sequencing data -Work with clinical analytics team to annotate variants and generate content for use in clinical reports -Creating queries and reports based on sequenced genome. -Provide robust, reliable variant calls and ensure high quality data generation. -Develop and enhance statistical methods for identifying genotype-phenotype relationships and estimating disease risk.

What You Need for this Position:
Bioinformatics Scientist Qualifications: -PhD or Masters candidate in bioinformatics, genomics or genetics. -Having experience in Next Generation Sequencing data analysis, Sequence Alignment, and Variant Calling, -Having good knowledge of genomics and genetic basis of disease. Skills: -Working experience with some of next generation sequencing data using common NGS tools (e.g. BWA, GATK, Sam tools, Picard, VEP and PLINK) as well as development of novel tools. -Working experience with publicly available genetics databases (eg. ExAC, ESP, ClinVar, GenBank, Ensemble, KEGG, HGMD, OMIM, etc.). -Experience in a Unix / Linux environment. -Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl/Python or R.Requeriments :
