Bioinformatics Scientist - Next Generation Sequencing - Madison, WI Position available for an experienced Bioinformatics Scientist with a background in Molecular Biology to evaluate and implement Next Generation Sequencing alignment and variant calling tools. Candidate will develop, validate, and implement novel algorithms; establish Quality Control metrics for library preparation and sequencing runs; and create automated data analysis and reporting pipelines. Required: *** 2+ years of Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis, Data Mining, or similar experience. *** Hands on knowledge of programming skills focusing on C++, Perl, Python, Java, or similar. Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree Minimum Experience Requirements: 2-5 years
