Responsibilities: Will analyze NGS data and perform quality control of data. Interface with projects and ensure follow-up experiments enable understanding of new biological areas. Utilize bioinformatics platform that will include housing the data. Requirements: MS degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Computer Science. Must have 2+ years Bioinformatics experience. Must have experience analyzing NGS or microarray data. Must be proficient with Python and/or R.
