Job Description:
Tricopp is looking for CLINICAL DATA ANALYST/PROGRAMMER IN Pharma for its client for a long-term Contract.

Must Have skills:

  • R programming (if Python and Java would be even better)
  • Strong hands on knowledge of SQL
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Open for non-locals, but has to be from West Coast not further.
Industry experience is MUST

The Bioinformatics & Computational Biology Department is seeking a motivated and collaborative data programmer to process and curate clinical and molecular biomarker assay data from clinical trials and studies. The clinical data and biomarker data will be integrated for use in downstream analysis. The applicant will be part of a team of data curators and programmers who will work together to produce integrated data sets and develop tools and processes to improve the data curation workflow.

Basic project core responsibilities:

  • Gathering data requirements
  • Assessing and documenting raw source data
  • Cleaning and curating raw data to make ready for integration
  • Software development: R, Excel, Linux
  • Working with Bioinformatics and Life Scientists to improve data curation capabilities
Applicant’s Background and experience: (Must Have)
  • Applicants should have a BS degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with R, SQL, Python, Java is preferred;
  • Must be proficient with Excel; database and data management background is advantageous.
  • Must be very proficient and have experience in MS SQL, VB.Net, VP.Net.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience as DevOps and hands on developer.
