A Day in the Life You will be a key member that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help MCMS make smarter decisions to deliver even better care. The primary focus will be in algorithm development, applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products. You will: • Consult with clinical team on projects • Improve and develop biomedical algorithms, develop data analysis strategies and identify and deploy computational tools for the exploration of high-throughput datasets • Conceive, implement and test statistical models • Prepare project reports and discuss results • Performing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner • Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance

Must Have
Minimum Qualifications: You must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or any quantitative discipline. Candidates should have a demonstrated proficiency with statistical and programmatic tools needed for the exploration of high-dimensionality datasets and be an innovative and analytical thinker with strong communication skills who can work well in an inter-disciplinary team. Seven to ten years’ experience with at least some of the following is required: • Experience in Matlab, R, Python, Hadoop or other statistical environments is required • Experience in C/C++ programming languages is required • Analysis of data using machine learning approaches • Developing tools for data visualization • Implementing algorithms for biometric collection, data search, retrieval and annotation Nice to Have: • A background in Biology or demonstrated experience working and communicating with biologists is preferred.Requeriments :
