Job Description:
Are you an experienced computational biologist, or an applied statistician/data scientist with a desire to learn computational biology, who’d like to apply your skills to the continued development of cutting edge, informatics driven approaches to drug discovery? e-Therapeutics is a company pioneering the use of novel computational approaches to drug discovery. We are looking for a computational biologist to join our informatics team and contribute to the development of our next generation discovery platform. Example projects could involve working on the application of machine learning to the prediction of cellular interactions, the analysis of post-genome data sets to inform and guide drug mechanism of action experiments, and development of network biology based approaches to drug discovery. Qualifications: Candidates should have a PhD in a numerate discipline such as computational biology, statistics, physics, etc., with experience in developing and applying data-driven, computational approaches to real world problems.
