With 12 peer-reviewed publications, 7 scientific collaborations, and several blue-chip customers such as Pfizer and the Parker Institute, our first few months have been busy and we’re just getting started! Operating at the intersection of molecular and computational biology, data science, and software engineering, our team is diverse, motivated, ambitious and fun. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced full-time computational biologists, who are quick to learn, passionate, creative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking. We are looking for top Computational Biologists! Minimum REQUIREMENTS for the role:
- PhD in Biomedical Informatics, Computational Biology or related disciplines
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in genomic data analysis
- Comfort in understanding of statistics and bioinformatics methods
- Experience in working with public biological databases, methods and tools
- Fluency in English
- 10 years of experience in supporting pharma R&D projects
- Experience in developing analysis methodologies
- Experience analyzing diverse data types (e.g. cell, proteomics, microbiome)
- Background in Immunology
- Experience in R and Python
- Management experience
- Take ownership of high pressure projects
- Work flexible hours and travel to customers a few times each year
- Be willing to learn independently and coach others
- Full time position in our Tel-Aviv offices at Azrieli towers
