Resolution Bioscience is seeking a Computational Biologist who will help create and implement novel software tools for analyzing circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from cancer patients. Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms for the sensitive detection of cancer mutations, using data from our proprietary targeted sequencing platform.
- Develop QC metrics and optimize the design and performance of our platform.
- Analyze, interpret, and present data from clinical trials, academic collaborations, and FDA validation studies.
- Provide customized bioinformatics analysis for clients and collaborators.
- Experience in developing algorithms for analysis of NGS data.
- Fluency in C, C++, Perl, Python, and/or R.
- Expertise in applying statistics to genomics.
- PhD in Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Strong publication record.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
