Job Description:
You will have the responsibility to support a wide range of projects within a specialised team of bioinformaticians in the Technology Directorate’s Computational Biology Facility. You will apply your computational skills to address exciting questions from a varied research community and will be responsible for the data analysis and communication of results. You should have a PhD in Informatics, Bioinformatics or equivalent experience. Experience in analysis of biological questions and experience in analysing various complex datasets is essential to the role. This will be demonstrated through a strong list of scientific publications showcasing your work. Excellent communication, team working, scientific writing and presentation skills are essential.
